SECTION II : PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To perform workshop services and job planning related to electrical equipment maintenance activities at site in order to ensure seamless and smooth operations while adhering to statutory compliance and organisational policies. Responsible for LT / HT motors overhauling / rewinding / repairing during normal and shutdown / breakdown period along with testing of new / old motors as per projects / capex / plant requirements

Responsibilities

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Keep self abreast with leading practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures
• Develop test procedures and formats; Standardize and implement best practices and group guidelines for electrical equipment improvement

Education Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology (Electrical stream) or a Master's degree in Engineering / Technology (Electrical stream) (Preferred)

Experience

Up to 1-3 years of experience for degree in industrial / Electrical workshop maintenance (field / industry / domain) - Two years hands on experience is preferred

Functional / Behavioral competencies required to execute the role
