Job Description – SAP Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience : Minimum 3+ Years in US IT Staffing (with focus on SAP requirements)

Work Hours : US Shift (EST)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter with strong expertise in US IT Staffing. The role requires handling end-to-end recruitment for SAP requirements, from sourcing to successful placement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with direct clients, tier-1 vendors, and be able to deliver quality submissions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP requirements (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement).
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, and suitability for client needs.
• Negotiate salary / rate, relocation, and availability with consultants.
• Coordinate interview schedules, track submissions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Managers for understanding client requirements.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and submission trackers.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes.
