BIM Modeller - Structures

Key Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate BIM models across disciplines.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to project teams using BIM authoring tools.
• Follow BIM execution plans and project-specific documentation.
• Ensure compliance of models with industry-wide BIM standards.
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from BIM models.
• Create discipline-specific BIM modelling content.
• Produce drawings / details from engineering sketches and calculations.
• Generate detailed reinforcement and structural steel drawings.
• Ensure drawings follow company standards and quality requirements.
• Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to achieve coordinated design.
• Review models / drawings to check design compliance.
• Deliver drawings / models within agreed project timelines.
