Job Purpose :
- To drive growth in embedded system services by being responsible for pitching technical sales proposals to potential clients, negotiating prices and contractual terms, and renewing service agreements sales team.
Scope : Pre and Post Sales for both domestic and overseas market
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets (Domestic and overseas)Work on strategy and prospective growth plans for driving over high double-digit growth in embedded sales in alignment to overseas and domestic marketHunt, prospect, and call customers, leading with Embedded / Software / Digital / Testing engineering services. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to the closure stage.Drive sales across medical and healthcare, retail, networking, industry automation, consumer electronics, automotive, home automation aerospace, rail, industrial and semiconductors for embedded services in overseas and domestic marketCreate and maintain a database of current and potential customersLead governance of large deals in embedded system and work with operations and corporate team of the clientResponsible for order intake, revenue, profitability of embedded salesAbility to convert potential leads to clientsPromoting embedded services offering across all virtual and digital platforms (linked in / website)Handling post sales and client’s issues and grievancesMust be a strong connector between Technical Team and Client -Understanding both sides and working towards the common goalQualification and Skills
B.B.A / B.C.A / B.M.S / B.Sc. / BTech (Electronics / Computer or M.Tech / M.Sc. Computer Science / M.C.A) with PGDM / MBA in Sales and MarketingTechnical know how about the embedded products & services in embedded systems in one or many areas across imaging, IoT, power train, mobile / desktop / web application, MCUs, MPUs, Cloud integration and product engineering solutionsMinimum 3 years’ experience in the service based IT Industry & connected products in domestic and international market knowledgeStrong communication and inter- personal skillsExpertise in building sales processes, constructing large dealsDemonstrable track record of achieving sales quotasProficiency in documentation, PowerPoint creation, proposal creation, Microsoft Office, and CRM softwareGood to have Automation skills and have familiarity working with AI tools.Flexibility to work during foreign work hoursExcellent phone and cold calling skillsExperience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunitiesSignificant achievement in winning large dealNegotiating Skills
