Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing-Digital specialist located in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will involve coordinating with clients to understand their needs, addressing their queries, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, managing client accounts, monitoring finances related to client projects, and reporting on performance metrics will be key tasks in this role.

Qualifications

Client Services and Customer Service skills

Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills

Basic understanding of Finance

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proven experience in a client-facing role

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
