Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Design & Maintain Automation Framework, manual test cases and lead automation / manual teams
• Design & Maintain Load Testing Framework and lead the Load Testing team.
• Lead the Application Performance monitoring team to configure various APM products.
• Flexible to work with cross-functional teams to create great customer experiences and implement high-quality standards.
• Create & Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports
• Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
• Work with cloud teams for deployment on Azure & AWS
• Contributing to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated into CI / CD pipeline
• Designing, building, maintaining, and coordinating an automated build or release from Development to a production environment
• You will be leading a team of 2-10+ test engineers.
• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining best testing practices in your team.
• You will be engaged in team building activities like interviews, onboarding and mentoring new team members.
• You will be engaged with the sales team as well in the capacity of lead quality consultant to crack new accounts by demonstrating your technical skills and project delivery experience.
