The Presales Specialist will be responsible for conducting analyses, consulting with clients, and offering presales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Qualifications Proficient in Analytical Skills Strong Communication, Consulting, and Customer Service skills Experience in Presales support Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions Excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus
