We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Cluster Head to lead our sales process. This is an team handling role focused on driving revenue, delivering exceptional client value, and strengthening adoption of process among SMEs and merchants.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned leads (SMEs & merchants) and onboard them.
• Drive end-to-end sales—from lead qualification to closure, with both presales and post-sales engagement.
• Build and execute strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Educate clients on the process, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.
• Understand client needs and create customized advertising proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.
• Maintain an accurate, updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on Google Ads feature enhancements, digital trends, and competition.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans for management.
• Provide direction and support aligned with organizational goals (team management exposure preferred).
