Specialist Ariba SCC Product Owner

Role Description :

In this vital role you will partner with the EPD (External Planning & Delivery) and External Supply Business Teams to advance and automate day-to-day planning and procurement to accelerate strategy and growth. You will also help build long-term roadmaps for the Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and Sub-Contracting modules to onboard Direct Suppliers and Contract Manufacturers (CMO's). Support designing and maintaining a vision for how technology can be leveraged to tackle critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure growing the value of investments made. You will collaborate and engage with various partners and help in delivering standard methodology solutions based on business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Senior Technical SCC Product Owner and the supply chain business SMEs to understand, prioritize, and execute on Ariba SCC application rollout.
• Collaboration with SAP and Ariba platform team and Business leads for determining the SCC strategy and KPI's development and refinement
• Drive continuous improvement in solution performance, reliability, compliance, and efficiency
• Assure the usage of technical standard processes of SCC ( / add on) & S / 4 HANA across the Global Supply Chain organization
• Participate in solution workshops with business partners and process owners
• Assist business owners with master data refinement in preparation of B2B Supplier rollouts
• Coordinate meetings and collaboration with B2B supplier integrations
• Assist Amgen Supplier and Supplier Integrator in data mapping / Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops
• Work with Amgen Supplier to develop testing approach and plan both SIT and UAT (if both are required)
• Execute Amgen steps in SIT and UAT testing in coordination with Amgen's Suppliers
• Regression testing or other testing support outside of B2B enablement
• Raise and coordinate resolution of any issues found during testing
• Manage test status and reporting
• Conduct enablement related cutover activities, including master data updates needed for deployment
• Provide go-live support
• Post-Go Live transaction monitoring and issue resolution
