Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Employee Engagement & Welfare :
Design and implement employee engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
HR Operations :
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle payroll coordination and attendance management.
Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
Performance Management :
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews.
Support training and development initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Implementation :
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Draft and update HR policies as per organizational needs.
Qualifications & Skills :
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
