Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement innovative employee development and talent management programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification & Analysis (TNI / TNA).
- Drive induction programs and support ongoing capability-building initiatives.
- Create and manage Training MIS, calendars, and reports.
- Partner with HODs to identify training needs and career growth opportunities.
- Monitor and enhance training effectiveness, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.
- Support HR operations, including engagement activities and post-joining formalities.
- Ensure continuous improvement of training modules and interventions.
What We're Looking For :
Strong background in Talent Development / L&D / HR Training .Experience in planning, executing, and measuring training programs.Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to design engaging learning interventions aligned with business needs.High ownership, creativity, and adaptability.Skills Required
