Experience : 8 to 11 years

Skills : BIW,Stamping Simulation,Autoform,Catia.

Education qualification : Bachelor's degree in engineering either from Mechanical or Production Engineering Background

Job Description :

• Ensures Simulation of the Stamping parts & Press Tool as per Cad data of the new products
• Surfacing / modeling skills in CATIA V5
• Part and process feasibility assessment using simulation software (Auto form).
• Manufacturing feasibility check using press parts simulation software.
• Feedback based on reviews and coordination with R & D and technical development department
• Design Change & review the Product data along with R & D , Tool Maker, Press Parts Supplier .
• Press tool data validation (Surface quality, measurement , Spring Back & Thinning)
• Preparation of the method plans along Tool Maker & Press Planning team.
• Development of control plans for sustenance of stamping process.
• Knowledge of the Press tools, Dies & method plan.
