Simulation Engineer (Factory Simulation)

Factory Simulations : 3 Yrs + Thorough understanding of process design, lean principles, manufacturing operations, assembly, warehouse operations and Value Stream Mapping

• . Effectively work with shopfloor team gathering requirements and comprehensively consolidating simulation inputs
• . Performing hand calculations to theoritically validate simulation predictions
• . Critically analyze current state simulations to derive various improvement scenarios that enhance line throughput and resource utilization
• . Experience in developing customized models and post-processing results using statements / logic code in ProModel to meet the unique requirements
• . Extensive experience in developing and deploying complete factory-level models using ProModel
• . Hands-on experience in creating factory 3D visualizations for greenfield projects
• . Familiarity with AI / ML and proficiency in using Python for automating model development and scenario optimization
