Hiring : Senior Business Systems Analyst / Data Product Manager

Location : Hybrid – Bangalore (once a week)

Shift : Regular IST hours (flexible for global calls)

Contract : 1 year

Interview Rounds : 2–3

Preference : Immediate joiners

Responsibilities :

• Work with HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, and release plans.
• Design and optimize business and data processes.
