What You'll Do :
- Act as the technical owner with authority to define and lead the technical direction of the product.
- Drive end-to-end execution of the product, ensuring alignment with overall program vision and objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other program tracks to ensure product success.
- Lead design verification at the development site through alpha testing and coordinate validation at customer locations.
- Build and maintain customer trust by setting clear performance expectations, executing successful demonstrations, and providing regular progress updates.
- Ensure robust design verification practices, including conducting process FMEAs to assess risks and define mitigation strategies early in the development cycle.
- Promote technology development efficiency through extensive use of modeling and simulation to guide design and process decisions.
- Integrate equipment intelligence features to identify, understand, and resolve equipment performance challenges.
- Oversee the design and use of test stands to evaluate equipment limitations, define process windows, and ensure adequate operating margins.
- Ensure resource readiness, including personnel, equipment, and metrology, for successful program execution.
- Partner with the Lead Systems Engineer to support the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) process.
Who We're Looking For :
10+ years of experience in semiconductor or semiconductor equipment development.Proven expertise in vacuum process chambers and familiarity with deposition and etch equipment.Strong proficiency in Design of Experiments (DOE) for process development.Demonstrated ability to use modeling and simulation tools to guide process and design optimization.Skilled in leading technology teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Experience collaborating with global and remote technology teams for development and testing activities.Skills Required
