Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Product Manager to join our Visa Direct Digital Transformation team. This role will drive the design, delivery, and continuous optimization of high-impact Visa Direct and ERP solutions, from concept through launch and scale. You will be responsible for translating business opportunities into technical solutions, partnering across Visa's global ecosystem to bring innovative, scalable, and compliant real-time payment experiences to market.

The ideal candidate will have deep product management experience, a strong understanding of faster payments and cross-border money movement, proven ability to influence across business, technology, and regional teams, and experience of Product and Application Support processes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and execute the Visa Direct and Pre-case product vision in alignment with Visa's digital transformation strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and use cases for both Visa Direct and native Pre-case, ensuring solutions are competitive, compliant, and scalable.
• Collaborate with regional product and sales teams to drive global adoption and market penetration.
