HighCare Solar is looking for a

Solar Design Engineer

who's got a spark for

technology, AutoCAD layouts, and PVsyst simulations

(or is super eager to learn them fast). You'll be the brain behind every layout, shadow analysis, and string configuration that turns sunlight into savings

What Success Looks Like

• You take a bunch of coordinates and create a plant layout that actually makes engineers go "Whoa"
• You know (or learn) PVsyst so well that you can simulate generation with your eyes half closed.
• You don't just design, you innovate. You think about cable losses, inverter placement, and generation optimisation like a pro.
• Most importantly, you grow

with

the company, not just in it.

Your Day Might Include...

solar PV plant layouts

using AutoCAD (ground-mounted + rooftop).

PVsyst simulations

and interpreting performance ratios, generation reports, etc.

single-line diagrams (SLDs)

and

shadow analysis
