Key Responsibilities : User Support : Respond to and resolve user issues via phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software (Microsoft 365, browsers, email clients, etc.). Hardware Support : Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Replace or upgrade faulty components (RAM, hard drives, etc.). Software & Application Support : Install and update software applications. Troubleshoot application errors and compatibility issues. Network Support : Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, IP configuration). Report and escalate complex network issues to higher-level IT support. System Maintenance : Perform regular system checks, updates, and patch management. Maintain asset inventory and ensure security compliance on all devices. Documentation : Log all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system. Create and update technical documentation and user guides.
