As the Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) technology you will be the go-to transformation lead responsible for thinking multiple years ahead and architecting the future of financial planning technology. You will promote strategic initiatives champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will shape the adoption of advanced methodologies such as promoter-based planning challenger models and AI / ML-powered forecasting

Job Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives to modernize FP&A technology platforms with a focus on innovation operational excellence and long-term strategic impact.
• Define and execute multi-year technology strategies anticipating future business needs and industry trends.
• Architect and implement driver-based planning solutions that enable dynamic data-driven decision making across multiple Sub-LoBs.
• Introduce and scale challenger models to enhance forecasting accuracy and support robust scenario analysis.
• Evaluate implement and optimize AI / ML technologies for predictive analytics financial modeling and automated forecasting.
• Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams cultivating a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex projects ensuring alignment with financial regulations data protection standards and seamless system integration.
• Develop and uphold data architecture standards reliability and governance frameworks.

Influence senior stakeholders including CFO organization business heads and C-suite executives acting as a trusted advisor and transformation champion
