Key Responsibilities :

  • Define the vision for Gen AI adoption and establish the innovation roadmap.
  • Lead R&D initiatives, capability building, and creation of AI solution frameworks.
  • Influence customer strategy and support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor senior data scientists and drive the adoption of best practices.
  • Lead IP creation and contribute to AI thought leadership through publications and presentations.
  • Ensure alignment with AI governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Recognized thought leader in ML / AI / Gen AI, with deep expertise in LLMs and vector architectures.
  • Proven experience designing scalable AI solutions across BFSI, healthcare, retail, or similar industries.
  • Expertise in AI governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Strong publishing record, client consulting experience, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels.

    • Preferred / Additional Skills :

  • Hands-on experience in AI / ML model deployment, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and organizational capability building.
