Job descriptionAllocate demos to field demo specialists based on their geographical zones. Monitor demo schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization. Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls from customers. Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to address customer needs. Maintain up-to-date records of calls, bookings, and interactions in CRM systems. Use Google Sheets to track, update, and report key metrics related to demos and customer engagement. 1–4years of experience in customer support, coordination, or telesales roles. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus). Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset. Experience in managing field staff or logistical coordination is a bonus. A high-growth environment with opportunities to take ownership. Dynamic, supportive team culture focused on customer delight.
