This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, identifying top-tier candidates, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent. Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand and support staffing requirements.
• Assist in defining and refining selection criteria for various roles.
• Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks).
• Support the planning and execution of interview and selection processes, including scheduling, screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
• Review and organize candidate information, such as resumes and contact details.
• Help design job descriptions and interview questionnaires that align with role-specific requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants to nurture a robust talent pipeline.
