Responsibilities :
- Work with business and HR leaders and professionals to ensure global processes (requisition, recruitment channels and applicant screening, interviews and assessments, recruitment offerings and closing, referrals and internal and external talent pools, employer branding) are utilized effectively in the unit / country, ensure they meet KONE's objectives with regards to business' short- and long-term talent requirements as well as drive employee engagement and positive employer brand.
- Deliver a variety of TA activities (e.g. sourcing, talent pool building, advertising, interviewing, assessing, candidates selection, reference checks, interview coordination with users, employment offers preparation) so that the organizations TA requirements are met.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
- Work together with other TA professionals to develop recruitment practices and processes and to ensure local needs are included.
