Ruby on Rails Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails as the primary backend framework.
• Implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and Backbone.js.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development Skills and Experience :
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework.
• Proficient with front-end technologies, particularly React and Backbone.js.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and MVC architecture.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work independently and focus on delivering quality code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to Information :
• Candidates with hands-on development experience will be preferred over those primarily in leadership or managerial roles.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
