Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Ruby On Rails Developer to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of a hybrid or remote work environment, based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai. The candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years up to a maximum of 15 years of relevant work experience, and will be responsible for developing robust applications and working collaboratively within a developmental team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • The candidate must have a comprehensive proficiency in HTML5 (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in working with Ruby on Rails, providing an ability to create high-quality, scalable solutions efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of React.js to build visually appealing and responsive front-end applications.
  • Competent in developing and integrating REST APIs to enhance application functionality.
  • Knowledge of AWS platforms to efficiently deploy applications and manage cloud resources.
  • Experience with Docker for containerization, improving application development and delivery processes.
  • Proficient in CSS3 to ensure applications are visually impressive and functionally polished.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines to streamline development workflows and facilitate continuous improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features on time and within budget.
  • Implement robust set of services and APIs to power web applications.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications, employing best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
