About the Role :
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead implementation projects for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.Your Key Responsibilities :
Engage with clients on HCM / Payroll transformation / change programmes, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and deliver functional workshops, engaging with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.Deliver workstream-specific requirements, configurations, solutions, setup, support testing and deployment activities.Create comprehensive documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, functional design / configuration documentation or user guides.Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales engagement processes, providing estimates and solutions.Participate in proof of concepts to demonstrate value to clients.Ensure adherence to development standards and best practice development methods.Work closely with Oracle Support to address product gaps and bugs.Support the growth and development of junior colleagues.Key Skills and Qualifications :
At least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud Time and Labour implementations.Proven hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules.Competent in writing Fast Formulae for OTL.Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex product issues.Strong leadership skills, dedication to achieving business outcomes and project deadlines.Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, incorporate innovations.Team player, demonstrable ownership of issues, ability to escalate when necessary.Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment.Desirable Skills and Experience :
Hands-on experience in Oracle Talent and Performance Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud, Oracle Workforce Compensation, Oracle Absence Management.Understanding or experience in BI Publisher / OTBI / Data Migration tools.Understanding of key business issues / drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.Experience across multiple industry sectors.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. MBA HR or HR-related qualification will be an added advantage.
