The Associate Director, Social effectively manages team members and provides strategic depth

to their team. Social Managers are responsible for mentoring junior team members, developing

innovative media plans / proposals and managing day-to-day client relationships. They should be

What You Will Be Doing -

• Create key client strategies and ensures that the team is aligned on strategy and process.
• Gain an understanding of each client's business, their objectives, and their competitive landscape.
