Interlinkages Limited is hiring Operations Executive, based at its Gurugram office for its Credence Data Services business (https : / / www.credencedata.com / ) which provides Business Information reports on Cross Border Trade counterparties to Banks, Companies and institutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our Credit and Data Procurement teams. This role involves managing operational tasks related to data and document procurement, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Credit and Data Procurement teams in day-to-day operations.
• Procure and compile data and documents from internal and external sources.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of required information.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines.
• Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Important Details

1. This is a full time role (9.30AM- 6PM) in Gurugram and work from office for at least 4 days a week. Only people based in Gurugram should apply.

2. We work 5 days a week and Sunday can be a workday based on customer location. Please apply only if you can work on Sunday with weekly off on Saturday and Friday.
