Monitor rent payment schedules and proactively follow up with customers on pending or delayed payments.
Address and resolve customer grievances promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction and smooth lease operations.
Maintain detailed records and track agreements, payments and communications using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple agreements and follow-ups simultaneously.
Maintain attention to detail and a customer-first mind-set while handling legal and financial documentation.
Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, leasing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
