About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Operations & Administrative Manager to lead logistics, supply chain, outsourced manufacturing operations, and oversee administrative and HR functions in India. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and strong collaboration with both internal and external partners.

• Manage and support administrative operations.
• Handle HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management.
• Coordinate and supervise office facilities, equipment, and resource utilization.
