Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Bengaluru. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards. Key responsibilities include managing supply chains, coordinating with stakeholders, optimizing processes, controlling overall accounts and maintaining inventory levels. The role involves monitoring operational performance, ensuring timely delivery, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and operational management skills
• Experience in Fruit Industry
• Proficiency in process optimization and inventory control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fresh produce or food import industry is a plus
• Experience in using Zoho platform is a plus
