Market Research Analyst - Chemicals & Materials [Immediate Start]

Kline is currently seeking full-time Analyst for its Chemicals & Materials practice within the Global Market Research business.

The Analyst will be expected to conduct primary interviews with selected industry sources, analyze and interpret the findings, and write syndicated reports and client presentations. Preferred candidates for this position will possess experience in any of the following sectors, among others : value-added chemicals (fine and specialties); polymers and plastics, biocides, excipients, and electronic materials. Experience in benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and market and business research is strongly preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• 3+ years of experience in the chemicals industry is required. Prior experience in market research and competitive intelligence.
• Strong interviewing (both telephonic and face-to-face), primary and secondary research, analytical, communication (written and verbal English proficiency), and presentation skills
• Flexibility to work in different time shifts.
• Ability to identify and develop the right set of respondents for conducting primary research
• Bachelor’s in chemical engineering; MBA / Masters a plus
