Role Overview :
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel, aviation, and corporate sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Represent Encalm Hospitality at events, exhibitions, and industry networking sessions.
Requirements :
Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the hospitality, aviation, or travel industry .Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong client relationship management and interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
