About the Role

We’re looking for a PR, Brand & Communications professional to help shape how the world sees Pay10 : our corporate brand and our leadership. From media relations and storytelling to online reputation and executive visibility, you’ll be the custodian of trust and credibility for the company externally, as well as internally.

This role combines strategic narrative-building with hands-on execution —working closely with PR agencies, management, leadership and internal teams to amplify the voice of Pay10 India across traditional and digital channels.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on communications leader to drive PR, brand reputation, and corporate visibility for Pay10 in India. As AGM / GM – PR, Brand & Communications, you will shape how the company is perceived by media, industry stakeholders, regulators, merchants, and consumers.

You’ll lead external communication through earned media, thought leadership, branded IPs, sponsorships, and online reputation management. This role requires both strategy and execution , with a focus on building trust and awareness in a regulated, high-growth sector .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication & Brand Building

• Develop and lead Pay10’s corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market
• Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints such as the website, social media, media, employee communication, etc
• Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance
