Job Summary :
The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving the company's sales and retail visibility. The role involves booking orders through appointed dealers and directly liquidating stock to retailers in areas without a dealer's presence. The representative will also manage promotional activities at retail points, build retailer relationships, and support demand generation in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Book orders on behalf of company-appointed dealers
- Liquidate stock directly to retailers in regions without dealer presence
- Execute point-of-purchase promotional activities at retail outlets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- Generate demand through product education and visibility at retail level.
- Be active in the field for 20–25 days per month, including travel outside home location as required.
Skills Required :
Must have 2 - 4 years' experience in Ayurvedic or FMCG sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and execution focused.Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-based role.Skills Required
