Sales Manager ( Realestate Experience )

Job descriptionIdentify and build a strong pipeline of potential individual investors, HNIs, and strategic partners. Pitch the investment opportunity and brand vision in a compelling manner. Coordinate and participate in investor meetings (online / offline), presentations, and site visits. Work with the founding team to prepare investment decks, financials, and other supporting documents. Manage investor queries, support in negotiations, and facilitate legal / financial processes. Ensure consistent communication and relationship management with prospects and existing investors. Track performance, report progress, and optimize investor conversion rates. A persuasive sales professional with a network-driven mindset. Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, investment sales, or financial services is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently. Proficient in English; Malayalam proficiency is a strong advantage for local outreach. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven startup culture. Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives Equity can be discussed for high-performing candidates Travel expenses for site visits will be covered
