Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Quality team for Mortgage processes to ensure adherence to standards.
- Monitor and evaluate mortgage process operations, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits, provide constructive feedback, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain quality frameworks, guidelines, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance process efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal process standards.
Experience : Proven experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in Quality for Mortgage processes
Qualification : Graduate (Any discipline)
