Program Specialist II (Finance Analyst)

As a Financial Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you’ll work out of our India location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives and enhance financial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Financial Analysis : Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making.
• Prepare Financial Reports : Generate and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with various departments to gather financial data, understand business needs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Support Program Management : Assist the Program Manager in tracking financial performance, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency, recommending best practices based on analysis.
