Role Overview :

We are looking for fresh business / commerce graduates or MBAs, for a position of a Projects and Sales Operation Specialist. He / she will play a crucial role in supporting customer engagement through proposal building, follow-ups on proposals, purchase orders and overall coordination with both customers and our strategic delivery partners. The role involves managing ongoing communications to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project progress. As an early-stage startup, the responsibilities will evolve over time, encompassing other operational elements to support our growth

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain proposals in collaboration with the sales and product teams
  • Manage all customer follow-ups related to proposals, purchase orders and project progress to ensure timely responses and closure
  • Coordinate internally with strategic partners responsible for service delivery to ensure seamless execution
  • Facilitate communication between customers, internal teams and partners to keep projects on track
  • Assist in operational tasks and project support activities as they evolve in the startup environment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project status
  • Support the team in ad-hoc project coordination and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
  • Interest in customer-facing roles, project coordination or operations in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and follow up diligently
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving startup environment with flexible responsibilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management is a plus
