Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for new client acquisition and achieving and exceeding sales targets and establishing client relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify market opportunities, develop marketing plans and design sales strategies to generate sales through local ground force by ensuring high conversion.
- Responsible for handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation till conversion of the deal.
- Manage, maintain and deepen key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Managing payment collections from assigned clients and help in resolving their day to day queries / escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
- Prepare weekly MIS for client and internal management.
- Should travel intra-city / inter-city on a monthly basis as per business needs.
