Calling Specialist

Role Description :

We are looking for a Calling Specialist to handle customer confirmation calls. The candidate will contact customers to confirm whether they wish to purchase a product or not.

Responsibilities :

Make and manage confirmation calls to customers.

I'd like for you to maintain daily call logs and reports.

Please make sure to use professional and polite communication at all times.

Handle a minimum of 800 calls per day efficiently.

Salary : ₹10,000 / month
