We’re Hiring! Admission Counsellor – International Preschool

Location : Salem, TamilNadu (On-site)

Preferred Candidates : From Bangalore or Mumbai (Willing to relocate)

Experience : 3+ Years (Preschool / School / Counselling / EdTech preferred)

We are looking for a warm, dynamic, and parent-focused Admission Counsellor to join our international preschool team. If you enjoy guiding parents, managing admissions, and creating a welcoming school environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media).

Conduct school tours and clearly explain curriculum, programs, and facilities.

Assist parents through the admission and onboarding process.

Track inquiries, maintain follow-up schedules, and achieve admission conversion targets.

Support in open houses, events, and parent engagement programs.

Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth operations.

Requirements 3+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a passion for early childhood education.

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.

Candidates currently based in Bangalore or Mumbai preferred (relocation support can be discussed).
