Foxtale is a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand reimagining skincare for the modern Indian consumer. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in ad platforms, and a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics to drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing campaigns across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management : Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns across marketplaces including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Purplle, and Nykaa.
Budget Optimization : Manage campaign budgets, keyword bidding, and targeting to meet platform specific KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CVR).
SKU-Level Planning : Allocate SKU-level budgets to maximize sales and visibility of key products.
Data Analysis : Analyze performance at product and keyword levels to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Share & Rank Monitoring : Track organic vs. paid share, ad rank, and share of voice to guide decision making.
Keyword Strategy : Collaborate with category and brand teams to develop branded, generic, and competitor keyword strategies and ensure strong campaign structures.
Monthly Planning : Align monthly ad spends with promotional calendars, new launches, and peak sales periods.
Creative Coordination : Work closely with design and brand teams to ensure correct creatives and ad formats are deployed.
Experimentation : Test new ad formats, targeting options, and features to enhance campaign efficiency and scalability.
Reporting : Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and share actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce advertising, or marketplace marketing. Hands-on experience with one or more ad platforms : Blinkit Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Swiggy Ads, Zepto Ads, etc.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Strong understanding of key performance metrics — CTR, CVR, ROAS, TACoS.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
