Change the future with us, you will :

• Analyzes and interprets respective Indirect tax laws & regulations to ensure compliance thereof.
• Manage inhouse advisory to business teams; Interacts with customers and vendors (whenever required) along with business units.
• Manage litigations in both pre-GST and post-GST regime while managing the risk. This will include end to end litigation management i.e. understanding the notices / orders issued by the tax authorities, drafting reply / appeals, and personal appearance before the tax authorities.
• Responsible for tax digitization and automation projects - Proactively analyzes and identifies the areas of tax digitization and implement them to reduce dependency on manual processes.
• Coordinating and handling Tax Assessments / Audits by the Tax Authorities in various States.
• Be proactive on Learning and Education for self and promote it within the team.
• Be a continuous learner and fully updated with the changes happening in GST law and make sure that the team is equally updated with the changes which have any impact on Siemens and its group companies' business.
• Provides necessary trainings to business units on a regular basis.
