Job Summary :

The Lead Management Intern will support the sales and marketing teams in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through the company’s CRM system. The role involves assisting with data management, lead tracking, outreach coordination, and performance reporting to ensure efficient conversion of leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Qualification : Review and evaluate inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to determine sales readiness.
• CRM Management : Update, organize, and maintain lead data in CRM tools.
• Lead Nurturing : Support in executing follow-up campaigns via email, calls, or social media to move leads through the sales funnel.
• Market Research : Research potential clients, target industries, and decision-makers to generate new leads.
• Reporting & Analysis : Track and report lead generation performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, etc.).
• Collaboration : Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies for lead acquisition and engagement.
• Process Improvement : Identify gaps and suggest improvements in the lead management workflow.
