Job descriptionProficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Superset or similar platforms. Data Skills : Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts. Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. Team Player : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Educational Background : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI development, with a focus on report and dashboard creation Certifications : Professional certifications in BI tools or related areas. Industry Experience : Experience in retail, e-commerce, finance is advantageous. Project Management : Experience managing BI projects from inception to completion
Job Responsibilities :
- Requirement Analysis : Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective BI solutions.
- Data Integration : Ensure seamless integration of data from various sources, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
- Report Development : Design, develop, and maintain complex reports using BI tools, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Dashboard Creation : Create and manage interactive dashboards that provide real-time data visualization to stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization : Optimize report and dashboard performance, ensuring quick loading times and smooth user experience.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of reports, dashboards, and data sources.
- Support : Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to BI reports and dashboards.
