Role Overview

We are looking for a Shopify Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on experience in and a passion for building world-class e-commerce experiences. You will drive the technical direction of Shopify projects mentor the development team and deliver custom storefronts headless commerce solutions and enterprise integrations .

This is a key role where youll work directly with architects designers and business stakeholders to create impactful customer journeys for global brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Shopify SME for Softobizs e-commerce initiatives owning technical solutions end-to-end.
• Build and customize Shopify themes Liquid templates and apps to deliver engaging storefronts.
• Develop backends and APIs for seamless integration with ERP CRM OMS and third-party systems.
• Implement headless commerce using Shopify Storefront API GraphQL Hydrogen / Remix or .
• Ensure code quality via Clean Architecture reusable components and performance optimization .
• Collaborate with UX design and product teams to deliver responsive and scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to Softobizs e-commerce capability building .
