Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager – Human Resource and Organization Development to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and strengthen our people and culture function.
This role will ensure that our people systems, policies, and culture continue to support a motivated, high-performing, and purpose-driven workforce.

Job Requirement
o Proven track record in HR operations and employee engagement.
o Experience in talent management and organizational development.
o Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
o Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
o Excellent coordination, project management, and time management.
o Up-to-date understanding of HR systems and L&D practices.
Compensation
₹7-9 Lakh CTC (based on experience and proficiency) + official travel reimbursements as per organizational policy.
Reporting To : Executive Director
Travel : Occasional visits to project locations for HR coordination and audits.
