Role Overview : We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced Saa S environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Customer Success team in managing creator accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of basic support requests.
• Work closely with internal teams to track and follow up on customer feedback.
• Help in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Monitor and report customer activity and engagement.
• Maintain documentation and update customer data in our systems.
• Shadow senior CSMs and support them in execution of success plans.
