About the role :
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional support to Enterprise customers? We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual to join our Customer Service Enterprise Team as an Enterprise Support Administrator. This vital role supports our order placement process and ensures customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities :
Accurately place a high volume of daily orders, ensuring efficiency and minimal errors toFollow bespoke order processes and keep up to date with daily operational changesRespond promptly to internal teams and support order queriesAction administrative changes and updates on Enterprise accountsSet follow-up tasks and monitor progress through to connection or dispatchCollaborate with internal teams to resolve order escalationsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systemsUse and adapt templates to provide internal and external updatesKeep customer-specific order details current and accurateWork collaboratively with your team to minimise order placement errorsPerks for our People :
